Bernadette is the last of the Toowoomba girls. She is a Tri-colour Sheltie female. Her long flowing locks are quite cute. She doesnt mind being handled but she likes to squeek when you stroke her. Bernadette is quite a funny little thing.

Amy (Farrah Fowler)
Amy is another one of the three guinea pigs from Toowoomba. She is an American Crested Chocolate guinea pig. She has ruby red eyes and is the largest of the 3 newbies. Amy is the skittish one of the gang.
Penny (Queen)
This is Penny. Penny is one of three female guinea pigs i bought in Toowoomba. She is a Satin English Crested Guinea pig. I love her light cream colour and big red eyes. Penny is my partners favourite guinea pig. She is small but will grow quickly and has settled in very quickly.

Ella (Montgomery)
Ella was a guinea pig i bought online from gumtree. She is a Sheba Miniyak guinea pig. Ella has beautiful long hair and is a baby at only 3 months old. Turns out that Ella originally came from a friend's guinea pigs. She is a beautiful addition to my clan. Her previous owners had no time for her anymore and she was on her own. At my place she has alot of friends and has settled in quite quickly. Ella should have alot of cute babies.

Nugget
This is Nugget. Nugget is a friends guinea pig. He is a pedigree Sheba Miniyak Guinea pig. The long tortoiseshell hair is quite striking. We borrowed him to breed a few litters with my girls. He is a big boy and very persistant.

Mona (Vanderwall)
Mona is the daughter of Tabbitha. I affectionately call her Mouse because of her tiny stature. She was 1 of 2 babies born, her brother being 3 times her size. Her even grey and white markings just make her look adorable. For an animal of her size she makes her presence known especially at food time. Mona likes to sit inside the food bowl when everyone else is trying to eat.
Spencer (Hastings)
Spencer is from Coco's litter. I suspect Kevin is the father as Spencer has quite a few rosettes. Spencer was the only one of 4 babies to have the long hair was naturally i decided to keep him. Spencer is an Agoutti Abbysinnian guineapig. He is also my partner's favourite.
Ezra (Fitz)
Ezra is also Panda's son and brother to Audrey. He was the last of the 3 born. Ezra is a Rex cross. He has soft curly short hair which as my partner says makes him look like he's an odd shape. Ezra is the friendliest of the babies. He is also the only tri-coloured guineapig i have.
Audrey (Parker)
This is Audrey. She was the first born of Panda's litter. She was the only one of the 3 with ruby red eyes which was a surprise to me seeing as her mother is dark eyed. She was the only girl in the litter so she's quite special. Growing by the day its nice to see how she's changing.
Cheryl (Kernot)
Now to the juveniles. This is Cheryl and she is a Texel guinea pig. Texels are long haired breeds in which the hair falls in ringlets. She is my little lamb and requires alot of grooming but with a face like that its hard to say no. Cheryl is nearly always seen with Julia which is funny as she isnt her baby but Julia looked after her without a second thought.
Tabbitha (Coffey)
Tabbitha is the last of 4 guinea pigs i rescued. She is an Albino Abbysinnian and a very striking specimen. I named her Tabbitha Coffey after one of my hairdressing heroes famous for her short white hair. Tabbitha had her first litter with me in January 2011 of which i've kept one who you will meet later. Tabbitha is a great mum and feircely independant. Hoping to breed some beautiful long haired babies with her this year. Sadly Tabbitha passed away on the 24th of March after a difficult birth, she will be very missed.
Tania (Plibersek)
This is my long-haired girl Tania. Tania is a Coronet with beautiful splotches of colour everywhere. Tania came home with Panda and Natasha after their owner lost interest in them. Tania loves her food and this is why when she was diagnosed with Malocclusion earlier this year it was very hard to see her deteriorate. She passed away in January 2011. This condition can be avoided by feeding your guinea pig not only fresh vegetables but also the correct guinea pig mix without seeds.
Natasha (Stot-Despoja)
Natasha is the second of four guinea pigs i rehomed. She is a Himalayan Abbysinnian like Kevin however are no relation. Natasha's svelte frame was unlike my other guinea pigs and worried me for a while but i soon realised thats just her. She's the supermodel of the guinea pig world. I hope to get some attractive babies from her this year.
Panda
This is Panda. Panda was 1 of 4 guineapigs i took in after someone mentioned they had no time for them anymore. Panda's beautiful glossy black and white coat makes her a hit with the boys. I've bred 1 litter with her and have 2 of her offspring which you will meet later. Sadly Panda past away on Christmas Eve 2011. She had a condition called Malocclusion, this is where the back teeth continue to grow inside the mouth till there is no more room for them. Sadly the guinea pig becomes week and eventually succombs to starvation.

Kevin ('07 Rudd)
This is my other male Kevin "07. He is a Himalayan Abbysinnian guinea pig. I bought him when i decided i wanted to breed long haired guinea pigs. He has perfect cowlicks. Kevin is smaller than Barnaby but he has a never back down attitude. He loves his ladies and is an allround funny little chap.
Queen Latifah
This is Queen Latifah. She is my first of the long haired breeds. She is a Peruvian/ Abbysinnian cross. Miss Latifah is a big beautiful girl, her hair is surprisingly coarse; a bit like mine. When i bought her she had some pretty scary looking toenails but i gave them a good trim and now she gets around perfectly. The glossy black mane is gorgeous and the occasional orange swirl make her very attractive to the boys.
Coco (Coco Bean)
This is my girl Coco. She is an Agouti colouring. Coco may be small but is full of character. She has proven to be a little breeding machine. I love the way she looks at me with her little stressed out eyeballs. Coco is probably the most sociable of my guinea pigs.

Barnaby (Joyce)
This is my main boy Barnaby. He is the second oldest guineapig. He is also the result of my first attempt at breeding. Barnaby loves his girls. He's got character and you can usually hear him grunting about and rounding up his girls.
Julia (Gillard)
This is Julia. She is the oldest guineapig of my gang. She likes to think she's queen bee but we know better. I've bred a few litters with her and she just loves to produce loads of male babies with the same orange and white markings. Always fat as mud and always appearing to be pregnant she likes her independance and is often on her own.
